There is a one-time annual supply fee for all students enrolled in our program. This fee is charged once per school year and helps cover all learning materials and classroom resources used throughout the year. The supply fee applies to all families as part of enrollment in the program.

Mid-Year Enrollment
If a student joins after the school year has already started, the full annual supply fee still applies. This allows us to provide a complete set of materials so every child can fully participate from their first day.

The annual supply fee includes all necessary classroom materials, such as:

Workbooks and printed learning materials
Worksheets and practice pages
Art and craft supplies
Educational games and hands-on activities
Math and literacy learning tools
Other classroom materials used throughout the year

Everything your child needs for learning is provided in class, so families do not need to purchase additional materials.

Students may enroll in either:
• 4 classes per month, or
• 3 classes per month
Payment must be made in advance for either the 4-class or
3-class package.
Make-Up Class Policy
Only students enrolled in the 4-class package are eligible
for one (1) make-up class per semester.
Semesters are divided as follows:
• Semester 1: September – December
• Semester 2: January – June
Students enrolled in the 3-class package are not eligible
for make-up classes.
Missed Classes
To request a make-up class for a missed lesson:

1 MAKE-UP PER MONTH ONLY

Make-up classes take place on every 3rd Sunday of the month, except December and June.
If a student misses a class, their make-up session will be scheduled for the 3rd Sunday of the following month (also excluding December and June).
Each student may use up to 2 make-up classes per school year (September–June).
Unused make-up classes do not roll over into the next school year.
Exceptions: In special situations — for example, if a child is sick with a cold or flu — we are happy to make an exception and offer an additional make-up class.

We offer a Sibling Discount when your child is enrolled in two or more classes. The discount applies per child, not just per family. If your child is attending only one class, the discount does not apply.
Sibling Discount does not apply to Russian Classes and Baby Class.
