There is a one-time annual supply fee for all students enrolled in our program. This fee is charged once per school year and helps cover all learning materials and classroom resources used throughout the year. The supply fee applies to all families as part of enrollment in the program.

Mid-Year Enrollment
If a student joins after the school year has already started, the full annual supply fee still applies. This allows us to provide a complete set of materials so every child can fully participate from their first day.

The annual supply fee includes all necessary classroom materials, such as:

Workbooks and printed learning materials
Worksheets and practice pages
Art and craft supplies
Educational games and hands-on activities
Math and literacy learning tools
Other classroom materials used throughout the year

Everything your child needs for learning is provided in class, so families do not need to purchase additional materials.

Students may enroll in either:
• 4 classes per month, or
• 3 classes per month

Make-Up Class Policy
Only students enrolled in the 4-class package are eligible
for one (1) make-up class per semester.
Semesters are divided as follows:
• Semester 1: September – December
• Semester 2: January – June
Students enrolled in the 3-class package are not eligible
for make-up classes.
Missed Classes
To request a make-up class for a missed lesson:
